We perform a Smile Makeover using the advanced techniques of gneuromuscular dentistry. The treatment plan we offer is less likely to be administered in other clinics. We bring back a beautiful and healthy smile, as well as new-found self-confidence.

Before and after
In this case, the problem of bruxism and tooth brittleness was solved. With the help of gneuromuscular dentistry and prosthesis on all teeth with zirconia crowns, a beautiful smile was restored (in height and width). Additionally, this helped the patient stop teeth grinding.
What does a Smile Makeover Include?
COSMETIC DEFECTS
Veneers
Veneers help to close the gaps between teeth, correct their the shape/color, hide cracks and chips of enamel, and restore the whiteness of the smile. To assess these problems, we at Paramount Smile use ceramic overlays with feldspar application. This ensures that the teeth do not lose color and durability for up to 10 years.
Whitening
Get rid of yellow plaque and tooth enamel pigmentation with effective, painless, and safe whitening products (we establish a personalized set of procedures for each patient).
Oral Hygiene
We use Airflow Prophylaxis to remove plaque and calculus, as well as to fight tooth decay. A water-air-powdered jet of erythritol is applied to the surface of the teeth and gums (this procedure is absolutely harmless to the periodontium and mucosa). Solid deposits are gently removed with an ultrasonic scaler. We establish a personalized set of procedures for each patient.
Aligners or Braces
We use aligners for minor bite defects. In more complex cases, we address problems with modern brace systems (metal, ceramic, sapphire, self-ligating).
FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION
Crowns
When 50% or more of the crown of a tooth is missing (but the root is intact), we restore its shape and functionality with metal-ceramic, ceramic, and zirconia crowns (read more about dental crowns). Additionally, we use them in the fabrication of bridges and implants.
- Ceramic (IPS e.max). Very aesthetic and as close in color as possible to your natural tooth enamel. They are most often used for single restorations in the anterior region.
- Zirconia (multi-layer). Metal-free, extremely strong, and versatile. Suitable for restoring anterior and masticatory teeth.
Bridges
We make dental bridges for 3–14 crowns. The material of the structure, its length, and method of attachment (to your teeth or implants) is determined by the doctor based on the individuals unique case. Bridges help maintain the natural shape of the face after tooth loss. They last 10–15 years (depending on the selected material).
Implants
We restore 100% of the tooth row aesthetics and functionality with dental implants, in cooperation with the following world-famous brands: Straumann, Zimmer, NOBEL, and Paltop. We use advanced techniques that allow us to install a titanium rod and crown/prosthesis in 1 day (especially relevant for the smile zone or complete adentia).
