Proof of vaccines:<\/h3><\/div>
Before our team can start working on your furry baby we will need to see the due date for the Rabies Vaccine. (Unfortunately, the Rabies Tag is insufficient because we can\u2019t tell the month and day it will be due next) You can bring a hard copy showing the next due date to your appointment, or you can send it over before to our email<\/a>.<\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/div>

Fill out our Enrollment Form:<\/h3><\/div>
Grooming is a very personable process, and we would like to know as much about your dog as we can. This form allows that to happen and will give you some additional details on a few of our policies. You can fill it out before your appointment, email it back to us filled out, or feel free to print it and bring it to your first visit. You can find our Enrollment Form HERE<\/a>.
